So, there might be some small changes between now and then, but hopefully nothing too serious.

J'ai commencé la translation (80%) des clefs de la dernière version 1.0.1 mais voilà certaines variables restent introuvables dans les fichiers de langue (comme les menus My Files, My Blogs ...). Elles doivent être codées en dur dans les scripts.
Le site obtenu mélange donc anglais et français, ce qui n'est pas top.
Avez-vous des renseignements la-dessus ?

Not all of the language strings are in the htdocs/lang/en.utf8 directory. There are other language strings scattered over the directory structure - for example htdocs/artefact/blog/lang/en.utf8. Possibly you have missed some of those?

This is not always easy to find a language file in the directory structure. There is sometimes more than 6 levels.

The reason for this is so
The reason for this is so that all plugins have their language strings in their plugin directories. E.g. the strings relating to blogs are within the blog directory.
This makes it easy for people writing plugins to manage the translation for them without touching core files.
We are aware that the tradeoff is that it's harder to find all of the language strings. I hope we (or anybody in the community!) can put documentation on the wiki that makes the translation process easier in the future.
Suggestion
Maybe you should take a look at Moodle... It has the same division between lang and core. Put there's a module in the admin panel to find the strings that are not yet translated

It would be nice if there was a language translation page in the admin section of course... I believe someone out there is working on one (I think it's David Mudrak?).
